Weekends, Short Breaks & Holidays

We want you to have the time of your life and we will do everything we can to ensure you will want to return time and time again. We aim to make your visit to Crogen a completely unique experience for you: the very existence of Crogen is about friends and family. Boasting total privacy and seclusion, it is clear to see why many of our guests return year on year.
The accommodation is truly idyllic. The estate Coach House sleeps 16, the wing in Crogen sleeps a further 6 and the Grade II Listed cottage takes care of one cosy couple. The nearby family B&B (just over the river from Crogen) has two adjoining houses, sleeping 12 in total: the converted barn is run solely as a B&B; the farmhouse has the option of B&B or being self-catering (for further details, visit Dolgadfa). For weddings, some sporting parties or corporate functions, further accommodation is available (upon request) in the main house. In total, we can provide beds for up to 50 guests and yet still retain the feeling of being a family home. Prices can be found in the Useful Information section under Tariffs. To book, please contact us.
Whether it’s peace and relaxation, discovering a quiet corner of unspoilt countryside or maybe a game of tennis followed by a brisk walk amongst the mountains of the estate, from ages 7 to 70, there is a wonderful range of outdoor activities to keep everyone happy. If you are feeling daring, there is our sister company, Get Wet, with a high-ropes course, paint-balling and rafting on the menu. If you feel like exploring more of Wales, we are very spoilt to have the Snowdonia National Park almost next door, as well as Bala Lake and Llangollen, with its steam trains and Eistedfodd, a short drive away. If you like country sports, you can try fishing or shooting; if you like to explore the countryside by foot, you can set off within the 2500 acres of the Estate.
