Crogen gives you the best of all worlds for your wedding or party: plenty of space and yet an intimate feel for your perfect day. If you want your wedding at Crogen, you get to choose how it’s done – we do not restrict you to “set packages”. No two weddings are the same at Crogen and we limit the number we host each year to keep that sense of exclusivity. For any celebration, whether it’s a marquee on the main lawn or a small informal reception at the coach house, tipis and hog-roasts, barbeques at the river or a formal champagne reception, anything is possible.
Events here usually span the entire weekend, making use of the 2,500 acres and the variety of outdoor activities that go with it. The mountains, pine forests and the magnificent lawned grounds all combine to create the perfect and romantic atmosphere for unique special weddings, and for any party - we can accommodate up to 50 (see tariffs for rates). Wedding Venue - Charges (all prices subject to VAT)
£2,000 (plus VAT) – Exclusive Venue Hire *.
Deposit of £1,000 payable in order to secure booking (non-refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to wedding.
£250 (plus VAT) – Hire of room for Wedding Ceremony, payable in full 8 weeks prior to wedding.
£250 – Deposit for accommodation at the Coach House, payable in order to secure booking (non-refundable).
Balance due 8 weeks prior to wedding
£100 – Deposit for accommodation at Bryn Awel, payable in order to secure booking (non-refundable).
Balance due 8 weeks prior to wedding.
No corkage charged!
(* Exclusive use is defined as the 24 hours of your wedding day, where you have exclusive use of the grounds within the immediate surrounds of Crogen Hall and Coach House.)
Further accommodation available upon request at Crogen Hall:
- £40 per person per night (double occupancy) room only.
- £60 per person per night (sole occupancy) room only.
50% deposit to secure booking, with the balance payable on arrival.
