Residential Bootcamps in North Wales
An exciting new venture at Crogen: we have teamed up with Civilian Military Fitness (CMF) to offer you fitness camps using their team of ex-military instructors, so that you will have expert advice and training to ensure that you reach your fitness goals - whatever they may be.
- 5 day long residential fitness camps
- military style fitness with CMF with specifically designed exercise programmes
- activities (eg high rope course, rafting, paintballing) with ‘Get Wet’
- excellent onsite accommodation offered at the Coach House at Crogen
- nutritrious menu, cooked on site, to sustain you during the high impact exercise (sample menu)
The team at CMF all have
- years of experience in health, fitness and related fields
- they offer the best health, fitness and shape improvement and weight loss service available to anybody wishing to take part in this kind of experience
- they will equip you with the correct information on nutrition and exercise
- you can maintain progressive realistic and achievable habits when you return home after your Crogen experience

Courses run from Monday (11am arrival) to Friday (2pm departure)
